Three-years-ago, I hadn’t eaten pork in over a decade and shunned the presence on seafood from any plate. Today you will find me sampling beef tongue tacos, bacon donuts and finding no greater pleasure than dollar oysters paired with a crisp sparkling wine.

It’s amazing how quickly things change.

After attending school in Pennsylvania and a quick year in London, I returned to my favorite city and suddenly became really hungry. I shifted my focus to food and beverage writing – capturing flavors in paragraphs.

My words fill the web pages of Zagat. My work has also appeared in Redeye, Time Out Chicago and Chicagoist. I eat too much and drink even more. Please join me as I devour Chicago.
